First Choice Assembly have an extensive approved printed circuit board and components supplier/vendor database cultivated over many years. All vendors are assessed using our ISO9001:2015 quality system to make sure they have the appropriate certifications, quality systems and ethics in place to enable them to be placed on our “Approved Supplier List”
They have all demonstrated they supply genuine quality items at a competitive price and therefore we are confident that we can offer you cost savings over your current supply chain for both components and PCBs.
Using our highly customised ERP system we can control component supply reducing your stock holding and commitment to your suppliers. We can also track every component from when it enters the factory to when it is placed onto a circuit board allowing full traceability of every component on your circuit board.
Our goal is for all our customers to think of us as an extension to their own purchasing department and we offer complete transparency on all prices and items purchased. Our database maintains an approved manufacturer and part number system which we will not deviate from without your express permission.
Goods In Inspection can also include additional checks for any safety critical identified parts for approved bill of materials if required.
We can also offer buffer stock agreements which will allow us to support our partners with stable pricing and lead times.
If you would like to free issue the materials, we will treat them as if they were our own, controlling stocks and if necessary placing orders on you to satisfy your delivery schedules. They are stored separate from our own stock in their own stock location.
With the RoHS laws we are all too aware that many PCB components are now obsolete, manufacturers choosing to rationalise their products and lines have stopped manufacturing many components. Using our vendor base we can assist to locate obsolete or allocated printed circuit board components free of charge.
